Dancing with the Carolina Stars

Help Jack Murphy become the "Smiles Champion" through your votes, attendance, and sponsorships! You can help Jack change thousands of children's lives this year!

In his seventeen years at 107-5 KZL, Jack Murphy has become a fixture in the Piedmont Triad. Murphy in the Morning is adored by listeners for wacky features like "One Moment Inside a Woman’s Head" as well as frequent "live on the street" broadcasts from all over the Piedmont. Murphy in the Morning has it all... laughter, hot topics, and the number one hit music, all brought to you LIVE and LOCAL each morning to keep you laughing all day long!

Since coming to the Triad in January of 1992, Jack Murphy has become a part of the community. He has worked with a lot of great national organizations helping deserving children with chronic or life-threatening illness. In 2001, Jack started Murphy’s Kids to help children and families here in the Triad. The organization has raised over a half million dollars for local children and their families, as well as local organizations.

Jack loves helping others and helping children especially. That is why he is so excited to be dancing for Operation Smile! That is why he is so excited to be dancing for Operation Smile! He asks you to please vote for him, and to help him win out over his wife, who is also dancing!

Together, We Can Change Lives

Operation Smile mobilizes a world of generous hearts to heal children’s smiles and transform lives across the globe. Operation Smile’s network of volunteers works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates.

I hope you'll help me bring hope and new smiles to children suffering from facial deformities.
