My name is Jessica McKinney. In June 2009 my husband and I had our second son, Aaron. He was born with a cleft palate. We have had a wonderful experience with our CranioFacial Team. I want children that do not have the resources that we have here in America to be able to have their smiles given back to them. There should be no reason why a child can not smile.

Together, We Will Change Lives

Operation Smile mobilizes a world of generous hearts to heal children’s smiles and transform lives across the globe. Operation Smile’s network of volunteers works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates.
