Operation Smile Event Information

Submitting this form will allow our Database and Online teams to both set your event up in Raiser's Edge and post the event to the online calendar.

Please fill out the form below as completely as possible. New fields have been added thanks to our ability to now take RSVPs and ticket purchases online. The online team will provide the event contact with updates for RSVPs and ticket sales. All ticket sales will also be loaded into Raiser's Edge and credited to the event for which they were purchased.

Not all fields are necessary, depending on the event. Once you submit this form, the event listing will be internally approved and posted publicly. You do NOT need to fill out any additional forms to create your event, though we may need to follow up with you for additional information. If you have any questions, email us.

You now have the option of using the worldwide web to help attract participants to your event! Guests can RSVP or purchase tickets online if you want them to, and an email will be sent to your specified contact person with all respondents. You can use this in lieu of or as a supplement to your current methods of organizing participants.

Be sure your "Respond By" date is far enough in advance of your event to permit ALL information to get to you before your event (2-3 business days is ideal). Respondents will not be able to RSVP or purchase tickets online once the "Respond By" date has passed but can still access your contact information.
