Note: Participants flying in for the conference, please structure your flight to arrive at Miami International Airport (MIA) between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Likewise, all participants must depart on flights after 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Participants must submit the travel information form by May 20, 2022. Once participants arrive at MIA in Miami, FL, Operation Smile buses will transport them to the University of Miami (if arriving during the specified time-frame). Operation Smile will not provide transportation to and from train or bus stations to the site.

The fee to attend the conference in person is $300.00 and must be paid by Sunday, May 20, 2022. The cost covers housing, meals, and materials. Transportation to and from Miami is not included in this fee. Participants are responsible for covering the cost associated with travel to and from Miami and the cost of obtaining a tourist visa (if applicable).
