Question - Required - Essay #1 Your TL becomes sick with an infectious stomach bug on the morning of team games and is unable to participate. Therefore, you are left in charge of your team for the rest of the day, including team games, chants and banners, and the final party. During team games, your team loses game after game, causing the group moral to drop lower and lower. This causes your team to become negative as they start complaining and turning against each other. What do you do? How will you ensure that your team ends up having a good time?
