Jessica Simpson has been an Operation Smile Ambassador since 2003, helping to raise awareness for children born with facial deformities, speaking on behalf of the organization on Capitol Hill and performing at special events. Jessica has also attended medical missions to Kenya and most recently to India as part of her new show, The Price of Beauty.
Set to air beginning March 15 on VH1, The Price of Beauty follows Jessica as she travels around the world to discover what true beauty means to women in different cultures. During this journey, Jessica discovers that the essence of beauty is self-confidence, inner strength and a smile.
As a result, Jessica and VH1 are teaming up with Operation Smile to give children born with facial deformities a chance to smile for the first time.
