Thirty years ago, Dr. Bill and Kathy Magee founded Operation Smile because they believed everyone had the right to a future filled with promise and hope. In celebration of this momentous anniversary, Operation Smile Student Programs will hold its 21st annual International Student Leadership Conference (ISLC) in Washington D.C.
